1 c chopped onion
1 green pepper cut in strips
2 tbsp margarine
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 16 oz. can tomatoes
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
2 c water
8 oz uncooked wide noodles
8 oz mozzarella slices

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in margarine. Add ground meat, add salt, pepper, sugar, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Stir in the water. Heat mixture to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 30 min. In a 13x9x2" pan, layer tomato/meat mixture and uncooked noodles. Top with sliced cheese. Make sure noodles are well covered with sauce. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. This can be made the night before, refrigerate and bake when needed.
