1 cup raisins
3/4 cup butter
1-2 cups celery (and/or onion)
1 pound Jimmy Dean low fat sausage
1 16 oz. package Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing (not cubed)
2 1/2 cups chicken broth or water

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat and saute the celery (and optional onion) for 10 minutes or until done. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
2. In the same skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until crumbled and evenly brown. Drain.
3. Combine the sausage and stuffing mix with the celery (and optional onion) mixture.
4. Stir in the raisins, 1/2 cup melted butter and chicken broth. The stuffing should be totally moistened.

Variations & additions by Angie
-Prior to adding raisins to mixture, place in a small saucepan and cover with 1 cup orange liqueur. Bring to boil, then remove from heat. Raisins should be plump.
-4 Granny Smith apples-peeled,cored and chopped
-1 cup chopped pecans
-4 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
