2 cups of flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons constarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup light cream or milk
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 F Degrees. Grease a 13x9 baking pan.
Combine and sift together in a bowl 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, cornstarch and salt. Using a pastry blender cup in butter and then press mixture into the bottom of pan. Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until edges are golden.
Meanwhile, for filling combine together eggs, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, lemon peel, lemon juice and light cream or milk. Pour over hot crust. Bake for 15 - 20 minute more until center is set. Enjoy this luscious lemon dessert!
