3-4 lbs country style boneless ribs
1 c barbecue sauce (I like honey one)
6 T dark brown sugar
2 T ketchup
4 tsp prepared mustard
1 1/2 T cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 325º F. Cut ribs into to serving portions. Place in pan. Bake uncovered 1 hour, then cover loosely with foil and bake 30 min. Remove from oven. Drain pan (I don't do this). Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs, cover loosely with foil and bake 45 min.
