12 Chicken thighs, skin and fat removed
1 T of oil
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup of chicken broth
2 tsp of curry
1 tsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of drained pineapple chunks
1 sliced green pepper
2 sliced bananas
1 cup of chicken stock
1 tsp of corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken parts in oil until brown . Add onion, stir until cooked. REduce heat spoon off fat. MIx broth, curry, lemon juice, and salt. Pour over chicken, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes. Turn chicken over. Increase the temperature and stir in pepper. Will serve 6.
