Ingredients:
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
6-7 c. bread flour
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c. warm water (not hot). melt butter in 1 c. boiling water (I use microwave); add sugar, 1 c. cold water and eggs, mixing well. Stir
yeast into butter mixture. Combine flour and salt in large mixing bowl. Stir 6 c. flour mixture into butter mixture and stir well add remainder flour if you need. Make rolls or cinnamon rolls out now or you can refrigerate dough for 3 days. Use all or part of dough at same time.Turn dough out onto a lightly
floured board. Roll dough out until about 1/4 - 1/2"
thick. Cut with biscuit cutter - the size of roll depends on size of cutter. I either cut them like a biscuit and butter the tpo or I roll thinner and use
larger biscuit cutter, butter top and fold in 1/2.Place
on greased baking pan. Let rise until double in size.
Bake @ 350º for 20-25 minutes. Depends on how brown you like your rolls.

Personal Notes:
They are so good- it's not as hard as it sounds.
Be sure that water isn't too hot, it will deactivate the yeast.
