1 cup Beer bread mix
2/3 cup Milk
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 cup Yellow cornmeal
1 Egg, beaten
1 TBS Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients until blended. Pour into buttered loaf or 9-inch glass pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with honey.
