2 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water
2 cups lukewarm milk(scalded)
3 tbsp.sugar
3 tbsp. shortening
7-8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, mix in sugar and shortening, let cool. Dissolve yeast in the warm water, add to cooled milk. Add flour until you have desired consistency. Bake at 350º for 30 - 45 min.
