2 Pig's Feet, cut in half lengthwise
1 Pork Shank
1 T salt
1/2 T pepper
4 clove garlic minced

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and scrape feet and shanks thoroughly. Place meat in large pot and cover with water. add salt, pepper and garlic. Bring to boil and simmer for 3 hours. Skim often. Take meat out and remove meat from the bones. Cut meat and skin into chunks. Layer meat and skin into a casserole dish. Strain the boiling liquid and cover meat. Refrigerate overnight until jelly is set. Serve with wine vinegar if desired.
