6 apples, cored and cut into bite size pieces
1 8 oz. can of unsweetened crushed pineapple w/ juice
1 box (1 oz. size) sugar free butterscotch instant pudding mix, not prepared
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. chopped peanuts (optional)
1 8 oz. fat free whipped topping

In a large bowl mix first 5 ingredients together, stir well. Gently fold in the whipped topping then transfer to another bowl and chill.
