1 large can salmon
1 bunch green onions
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. hickory smoke flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon and remove bones and cartilage. Mix all other ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve place on a cold plate with crackers all around. Good crackers are Ritz and Waverly.
