2 lbs. diced and cooked bacon
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
24 cherry tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp and drain on paper towels. Mix bacon, green onions and mayonnaise. Remove stems from the tomatoes. Place stem side down on cutting board and cut a thin slice off the top. With a small spoon, scoop out the pulp. Invert tomatoes on paper towels for 30 minutes to drain. Fill them with the bacon mixture. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
