1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 15 oz. can whole kernal corn, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 cups cooked noodles. Arlene's Homemade Amish Style wide noodles work especially good in this recipe. Can be found in local food stores.

Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Add to remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Drop 1 tbls. butter on top if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
