5-6 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lbs chicken or pork, cut into thin strips
1 TBSP sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
Red Wine, amount to your liking
Soy sauce
Pepper
1 cup brown rice
1-1/2 cups white rice
Snow peas
Bean sprouts
Peas
Carrots, cut julienne style
Onions, thinly sliced
Scallions
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in bowl, add enough soy sauce to moisten. Add garlic, pepper, sugar, sesame oil and wine. Marinate about 1 hour.
Cook meat, add more soy sauce and let simmer about 5-10 minutes. Cook rice according to pkg instructions. Prepare egg, omelet style, cut in pieces.
In a large pot, heat oil, add onion and brown lightly. Add carrots, cook about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. About about 1/4 cup soy sauce and pepper to taste. At very end, add about 1-1/2 TBSP more sesame oil; mix.
