8-10 potatoes, diced
1C. celery, diced
1 med onion, diced
salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 - 2 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes, celery & onion in a big pot, cover with water add salt & pepper, cover & cook till done...about 30 minutes.
Drain some of the water then add the cream of mushroom soup, velveeta & milk. Stir carefully till the cheese is melted. Then ENJOY !

This soup is SO good ! It is even better the next day. I have also added broccoli and ham for a little change.
