9 oz cream cheese
1/2 c soft butter
1 1/2 c flour

Vegetable Filling:
1/2 lb mushrooms, chopped very fine
1 large onion, minced (Vidalia works good!)
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp olive oil

Dry Filling:
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme, ground
1/4 c sour cream

With pastry blender, blend ingredients well. Refrigerate for one hour in baggie.

Vegetable filling:
Melt butter. Add olive oil. Add rest of vegetable filling ingredients. Saute until tender.

Dry filling:
Mix together dry filling ingredients. Sprinkle over vegetable filling. Mix. Add sour cream and blend. Remove from heat. Roll out dough. Cut in 3 inch circles about 1/8 - 1/4 in thick. Take 1 egg and beat. Brush around edge of circle. Put 1 tsp mushroom mixture and lay on circle. Fold circle in half. Press edge with a fork and prick top. Bush with beaten egg. Freeze these! Take our frozen. Bake in 450º oven for 12 minutes.

These are a little time consuming to make. But the great thing is you can make them up ahead and freeze them. It makes several so I just take out what I need. They are delicious. Always a favorite when served!
