"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Cut round steak into serving size pieces. Sprinkle both sides w/ seasoned salt & pound in seasoning with meat mallet. Shake in a bag w/ enough flour to coat the steaks.
Mix cream of mushroom soup with the mushroom bits & pieces and one soup can of water. Slice onion and pull apart to make onion rings. Brown steaks on stove top in skillet with about quarter cup of cooking oil
Layer steaks in Dutch oven with mushroom soup mixture and onion rings between each layer. Add water, if necessary, so liquid stands to top of steaks. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hour @ 325 degrees or simmer on stove top for same length of time. Will make about 2 cups of gravy that can be poured over the steaks or used for gravy on potatoes.
