1 lb. penne' pasta
24 Large Shrimp (cooked,peeled and de-veined)
2 cups heavy cream
2 tbs butter
2 lbs Crawfish ( cooked, cleaned, and minced )
2 tbs Mirepoix base (carrots,onion, celery)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and cook pasta 9-10 minutes (al dente).
Grill shrimp or lightly fry till cooked (not too long).
In a large frying pan, heat butter till melted.
Lower heat to a simmer.
Add shrimp, mirepoix base, salt & pepper.
Stir in heavy cream a little at a time.
Add Crawfish.
Continue to stir on low heat (5-10 minutes).
Take finished sauce and pour over your waiting pasta.
Mix thoroughly until sauce covers all.
Add grilled shrimp to top off each dish or bowl
Looks GREAT and Tastes Better.... Enjoy!
