1 large head Napa Cabbage
6 green onions
2 packages Ramen chicken noodles
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 package slivered or sliced almonds
1 stick margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar (can be herbal)
2 Tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix finely cut cabbage and sliced onions and refrigerate all day or overnight.
Brown in skillet the Ramen noodles with the seasoning, sesame seeds, almonds and butter or margarine. Set aside.
Dressing - Mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, pepper and oil. (Makes a lot of dressing; could be halved.)
Combine all just before serving. Can be stored separately in refrigerator and combined as needed.
