Croutons
bacon or sausage
onion
peppers
zucchini
4 eggs
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle croutons into pie or quiche plate.

Saute bacon or sausage bits, then add onion, peppers, zucchini. Put onto croutons. Mix eggs and condensed milk, add salt and pepper. Pour over mixture. Sprinkle cheese over all

Bake about 30 min. at 400 degrees.
