1/2 cup Butter
2 cups Flour
1 1/4 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 1/2 Cups Blueberries
2 tsp. Sugar (For Top Of Muffins)

Directions:
Directions:
On low speed, cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix till blended. Stir dry ingredients in and add alternately with milk. Mash one half cup blueberries and stir in by hand. Add rest of blueberries. Stir by hand. Grease muffins tins. Pile mixture high in each cup. Sprinkle sugar over top. Heat oven to 325 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes.
