8 oz. wide noodles
6 T. flour, divided
1 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
1-1/4 to 1-1/2 lbs. chickens breast
4 T. butter divided
6 medium mushrooms, cut into quarters
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 t. dry mustard
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1 t. ketchup

Directions:

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain well. Cover to keep warm.
Mix 4 T. flour w/salt & pepper in a large bowl & mix well. Add chicken & toss to coat.
Heat 2 T. butter in skillet over medium heat until melted. Cook chicken in butter, stirring frequently, until browned, about 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in mushrooms & onion. Cook, stirring frequently, for 4 min. Remove chicken & vegetables with slotted spoon to a bowl & reserve pan juices in skillet.
Add remaining flour & butter & dry mustard to reserved juices & mix well.
Gradually stir in broth. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 min. Sir in sour cream & ketchup.
Return chicken & vegetables to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently until heated through, do not boil.
Place noodles on a heated serving platter. Spoon chicken mixture over noodles and serve
