10 fresh jalapeno peppers
1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese
10 slices of bacon, cut in half

Directions:

WITH GLOVES ON, cut top off jalapeno peppers. Seed and take out membrane. Place cream cheese in each pepper cavity, over-stuff.
Cut bacon in half and cook until done, but not crisp. Place 1/2 bacon strip on top of pepper. Bake in oven on Broil 4-6 minutes. Bacon should not be crisp. Drain on paper towels. Can be served warm or cold.

Most times, if there are no seeds or membrane in the peppers, they are not as spicy. It all depends on the peppers, also.
