Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 T. corn meal
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 T. Lawrys salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, coat mountain oysters before frying.
May use water or milk to wet the oysters so sufficient breading will stick if they are too dry.
You will want to cut the oyster cross ways to about 3/8" thickness.
We have used this same breading on pan fried fish also.
