Cake:
1 pkg strawberry cake mix prepared according to the box in a 9x13 inch pan.
2 (10 oz.) pkg of sweetened, sliced, frozen strawberries.

Topping:
1 pkg (4 serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 c. milk
2 c. cool whip
Fresh strawberries to garnish (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bake cake in a 9x13 inch pan according to package instructions. Allow to cool for a few minutes. Poke holes in the top of the cake with a wooden spoon handle approximately 1 inch apart.
2. Puree the strawberries and juice then pour over the top of the cake. Allow to soak into the holes.
3. Mix pudding and 1 c. milk. Then fold in cool whip. Spread over cake.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours. but like mayonnaise cake, longer is better. Overnight makes it taste amazing :)
