1 baked pie shell
3 cups milk
1/2 cup milk
4 egg yolks
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
7 tsp maple flavoring
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place 3 cups milk in double boiler to become hot, in seperate bowl mix egg yolks and sugar then add milk and cornstarch. Beat untill smooth and then stir mixture into hot milk and stir continuously until thickened. Add flavoring and butter and stir. Pour into pie shell and cover with meringue.
