1 Lb. Round Steak cut into thin strips or small cubes
1 Small Onion cut in 4ths
1/2 Green Bell Pepper cut in strips
Diced or Shredded Carrots
1 can of Mushrooms
1/2 bag of frozen Broccoli or Cauliflower
2 T. of Olive Oil or Stir Fry Oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. lemon juice
Pinch of Ginger Powder (optional)
2 tsp. Sesame Seeds (optional)
Soy Sauce to taste

Directions:
Heat the Wok or sauce pan on high.
Add half of the oil, garlic, onion, bell pepper, carrots, mushrooms and frozen vegetables to Wok and stir fry until the vegetables are tender. While cooking, add lemon juice, ginger, sesame seeds and soy sauce. Place vegetables in a bowl and set aside. If the pan is getting to hot, turn down slightly.

Add the remaining oil and meat to pan. Stir fry until meat is cooked through.

Combine all ingredients into the pan and heat through. Taste to see if more soy sauce is needed.
Serve over rice or noodles.

You can substitute for chicken or pork.
You can also use a Stir-Fry spice packet to add flavor.
