1 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
1 stick sweet unsalted butter
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 3/4 large containers Cool Whip©
1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese©
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 boxes instant chocolate Jello© pudding (4 serving size) DO NOT USE Royal
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, mix in flour and nuts and press on bottom of 9" x 13" pan for crust. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Cool.

First layer:
Cream 3/4 of a large Cool Whip container with cream cheese and confectioner sugar. Spread carefully on crust after cooled. It may crumble.

Second layer:
Mix pudding and milk in a bowl and place on top of last layer.

Top layer:
1 large container of Cool Whip.

Sprinkle top with chopped nuts (walnuts) and let stand over night.
