5 to 6 lb. Boneless beef bottom round or rump Roast
1 cup Water
2 Beef Bouillon cubes
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 Envelopes dry Onion Soup mix
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Hard Rolls or Buns

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat in large roaster; add water, bouillon cubes and garlic. Sprinkle with soup mix, sugar and cinnamon. Roast covered, in 300º oven until very tender, 3 to 4 hours. Remove meat from juice and cool. Skim fat from pan juice. Slice meat very thin,return to juice, refrigerate covered. To serve - bake at 325º just til heated through, 50 to 70 minutes. Spoon meat and juice onto rolls.
