Large box of Instant Mashed Potatoes
2 Pkgs of Spring Roll Wrappers (25 pcs. ea.) *Oriental Markets*
Jalapeņo Peppers
Oregano
Directions:
Directions:
Cook your mashed potatoes as directed,Add Jalapeņo peppers and a good helping of Oregano to give it that oh so good flavor.
Spoon into wrappers and roll up just like eggrolls
(brush a little water to seal the deal).
I think they are best fried in veg. oil but the oven works also.
For extra compliments from your friends and neighbors add a small cup of nacho or velveeta cheese to dip "em in
