3 Ripe Bananas (4 if small)
1C Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 C Flour
1/4 C Melted Butter
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Mash bananas with potato masher or fork. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a buttered loaf pan. Bake for 55 min or until knife inserted into the middle of loaf comes out clean.
