1 lb. chicken breast
1 bunch fresh broccoli
2 peppers (any color)
1/2 stick butter
1 small carton heavy whipping cream
1/2 can chicken broth
1 T. flour
Parmesan cheese or almonds for topping
Cajun seasoning (Poultry Magic)
1 box linguine noodles

Directions:
Cut chicken into pieces and season with Poultry Magic. Cook till brown in lots of butter in pan on medium-high. Remove chicken when it is cooked thoroughly. Pan will have the juices left in it which will be the base for the sauce.
Add whipping cream, chicken broth, flour and more poultry magic. Heat to boiling on medium-low, stirring constantly.
Add vegetables to sauce, cook; 5 to 10 minutes or until they are tender. Then add chicken & simmer on low 5 minutes. Cook linguine while chicken and vegetables are simmering; drain and add to chicken mixture.
Top with Parmesan cheese or almonds.
