2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 cup lard
1 egg
1 tsp. vinegar
1 cup cold water
Flour for rolling out

Directions:

Mix flour and salt. Add lard and mix with a pastry blender or fork. Add rest of ingredients { I mixed the egg and vinegar together first with other and added the water last. You can tell if more flour is needed in rolling.

It worked for me so good luck. You know older people never went by recipes exactly. But Grandma always made good pies and a lot of them.
