Ingredients:
1 medium turnip, peeled and cubed
8 - 10 large carrots, peeled and sliced
2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
cup butter
cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Cook turnip and carrots together in a pot. Drain. Mash or beat turnip and carrots with cheese and butter. Place mixture in greased casserole dish. Mix butter and bread crumbs and spread on top of turnip and carrot mixture.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
