5 to 6 lb. Brisket, sprinkle both sides of meat generously with Adolph's Meat Tenderizer and brush 4 tsp. of liquid smoke over meat.
1 Jar Barbecue sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Let brisket stand for 2 to 3 hours with tenderizer and liquid smoke on it. Sprinkle generously the following on both sides of meat: Salt, pepper, garlic salt, celery salt, nutmeg, paprika and brown sugar.
Wrap meat tightly in foil. Bake 2 hours at 300º. Uncover or loosen foil and continue baking 4 to 6 hours at 200º or until tender. Cool overnight, slice and spread each slice with barbecue sauce. Cover baking dish and return to oven and bake 1 hour at 200º before serving.
