2 pkgs. Dry Yeast
1/2 cup water (105 to 115 degrees)
1 1/4 cup Buttermilk
2 Eggs
5 1/2 to 6 cups Flour
1/2 cup Margarine
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt

Cinnamon Rolls: 4 Tbsp. Butter, softened
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup Sugar
Frosting: 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla (or Maple Flavoring)
1 Tbsp. Milk

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add buttermilk, eggs, 2 1/2 cups Flour, margarine, sugar, baking powder and salt. Blend 1/2 minute on low speed. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in enough flour to make dough easy to handle. Dough should remain soft and slightly sticky. Turn dough onto well floured board. Knead 5 minutes or 200 times. Shape dough immediately (no need to let rise) into rolls or coffee cakes. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Dough is ready when an impression remains, when it is touched.
For cinnamon rolls: Roll out dough, spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon Roll up, cut into pieces and put in greased pan. Let rise til double in size. The recipe does not give a baking time or temp., so I would guess 350º until they are golden brown. !1??

Gramma made cinnamon rolls all the time!! She did use the frozen bread dough a lot, also. But at least I found this recipe for them!! Gotta try it!
