2 c. heavy cream
2 eggs, beaten
Topping:
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine or butter

Directions:
Cut loaf of bread dough into three pieces, roll out in a circle big enough to cover the bottom of a sprayed pie plate. (You will need 3 pie pans, one for each piece of bread dough).
Place fruit of choice on each piece of bread dough.
Cook the filling ingredients, stirring constantly, over medium heat, cook until thick. DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED AS IT WILL BURN EASILY.
Pour over crust w/fruit.
Blend topping ingredients until crumbly and put over the top of custard filling and sprinkle w/cinnamon.
Bake 20-25 min at 350º. Cool. Keep refrigerated. Freezes well.
