1 box lemon or yellow cake mix
1 box lemon or vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 c. water
2 T. poppy seeds
lemon flavoring (just a little)

Directions:
Mix all together and put in 2 loaf pans; bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes.
