8 oz. uncooked angel hair pasta, broken into thirds
1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped (I sliced mine)
1 medium pepper, chopped (any color)
1 package (8 oz.) sliced pepperoni (I use small ones)
2 small cans sliced ripe olives, drained
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

Cook the pasta according to package. Meanwhile combine the cucumber, pepper, pepperoni and olives in large bowl. Drain pasta and cool it and then add to pepperoni mixture. Top with salad dressing and cheese; toss to coat
