1# ground beef
6 slices bread( or 3 hamburger/hot dog buns)
1/2 c celery (cut fine)
1 medium onion (cut fine)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp summer savory(bona kreitchen)
2 eggs
milk or cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place celery & onion in microwavable bowl and add 1 c water. Microwave on High for 3 minutes. Drain water and saute' in butter until soft. In large mixing bowl, crumble bread & add enough water to moisten. Add ground beef, eggs. celery, onion, summer savory & salt. Mix well. Lightly brown dressing in pan with butter. Add enough milk throughout browning to prevent dressing to become dry.Pour into small roaster or casserole dish, cover & bake 1 hr in 375 º oven. Can also be stuffed in turkey, & bake according to poultry time.
