2- 61/2 oz. cans of chopped clams
1 cup diced onion
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups diced potatoes
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 quart of half and half
1 1/2 tsp salt
`1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
dash pepper to taste
1 pkg of frozen corn

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from clams and pour it over the potatoes, celery and onion in a large saucepan. Add enough water to just barely cover the veggies. Simmer til tender. In a seperate pan melt butter and add flour. blend and add milk. Stir until thickened. Add veggie mixture, undrained, and all other ingredients including clams. Heat until hot through.
