Ingredients:  
6 c. fancy mixed greens, including 1 c. of frise
1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
3 Bosc or Red Bartlett pears, sliced thin

Blue Cheese Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
1 T. grated onion
2 T. cider vinegar
dash of garlic salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 oz. blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients together in a large bowl. To prepare dressing whisk all ingredients together except for the blue cheese. Stir in cheese last. Toss dressing with salad ingredients just before serving.
