Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together as if you were making a pie crust. Knead a little and then let it rest. Divide into two balls. Roll each ball into a rectangle shape on a floured surface until 1/4 inch thick. Place one of the doughs on one side of a 12 x 15 baking sheet. Fill with fruit and fold over ends and sides. Place the second dough on the other side and repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
One of my favorite desserts Mom made. My favorite was peaches and pears mixed together. Mom often made this with chokecherries, you just had to spit the pits out! The first time I made it for Rick, I put the fruit mixture on the dough and then tried to lift it into the pan. It fell apart in my hands! Needless to say, I never forgot to put the dough on the pan first!
