Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 roll of pizza dough (in a can from the dairy aisle, fresh made, or from your local pizza shop)
1/4 c. olive oil
1 T. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. of garlic powder
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
Salt and pepper to taste
3 cups of any vegetables you like (I like a combination of zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli or tomatoes)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven according to pizza dough directions. Usually 400º F for non-stick pans.

Spray a pan with cooking spray or brush with a little olive oil.
Roll out pizza dough onto a pizza pan or a 9 x 13 or larger baking sheet.

In a small separate bowl, mix olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. With a basting brush, spread mixture onto pizza dough in a light layer (note- you may not use all of oil mixture).

Put pizza dough in preheated oven. After 4 minutes, remove dough. Add veggies, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and bake for about 10 more minutes. When done, pizza dough should have lightly browned edges and veggies should be nice and crisp.

Cut into whatever size pieces you desire and serve!
