1/2 cup LeGout cheese instant sauce mix
1 cup water

Directions:
Bring to a boil 1 c. water and remove from heat. Blend in 1/2 c. cheese sauce mix. Return to heat, stir about 1 minute until thick and smooth.
Yields more than 1 cup of sauce.
Serve over vegetables or with macaroni or over omelets.
