1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Butter
1/4 c. Shortening
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
1 c. Butter Milk
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 c. Rhubarb (cut into pieces)
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tbsp. White Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together vanilla, brown sugar, butter and shortening. Add egg and mix well. Add the baking soda to the milk and stir. Pour into mix and stir. Batter should now be separated and loose. Put baking powder into flour and add to moist mix. Pour batter into a 9x11 greased glass pan. In a small bowl mix together white sugar and cinnamon sprinkle mixture on top of batter then put into a 350º oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
