16 oz. raspberry jam
1/8 t. garlic powder
1 t. chipotle powder
1 T. vinegar
2 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Add vinegar and water for flavor but also to thin the consistency so sauce will flow.
Let sit for several hour to allow flavors to mingle.
Pour an amount over block of cream cheese to make a cracker spread
As an option add 1/4 t. of onion powder. Add more or less chipotle powder according to your own taste.
You can make your own chipotle powder by hickory smoking and drying jalapeņo peppers (split and seeded) Then powder them with your coffee grinder. Take care not to inhale the dust when grinding.
