1 lg. egg, well beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg with sugar and add oil, orange juice and extracts. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine mixtures together. Knead and form into small balls. Beat 1 egg slightly with 1 tablespoon water and brush on top of cookies and press almond into center. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes.
