3 c. Bisquick (not low-fat)
1 lb. sausage
8 oz. grated sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sausage can be used raw or cooked. If raw, blend all ingredients with your hands, and shape into balls, about the size of a cotton ball. You can also fry the sausage, and then blend with cheese, Bisquick and 3/4 c. water for moistness. Roll into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, and bake at 350º for 15 minutes, or until golden.
