1 18 oz. box lemon cake mix
2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 extra-large egg
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Grease cookie sheet. Combine cake mix, Cool Whip & egg in large bowl. Form tablespoons of dough into balls and drop into the powdered sugar, rolling to coat. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
To make a great soft chewy cookie, remove from oven while the cookies look wet on the top and are just slightly browned on the edges.
